In 2020, Branch Hill Farm planted just over 2 acres of traditional bittersweet and bittersharp cider varieties as well as some local wildings, all of which hold specific characteristics revered by cider makers. As with the Preservation Orchards, Branch Hill Farm’s cider orchards are grown to strict organic standards and certified as “Naturally Grown”.
